Atreyu Moniaga Projects

The Atreyu Moniaga Project (AMP) is an artist incubation platform founded in 2013 by Atreyu Moniaga, dedicated to developing well-rounded creative professionals for the industry. Under Atreyu's direct guidance, the program equips emerging artists with more than technical skill, it builds the full architecture of a working creative:

portfolio development, entrepreneurial thinking, public speaking, and the professional confidence to put their work into the world.

To date, AMP has developed over 53 talents across 13 generations, establishing itself as one of Indonesia's most consistent pipelines for emerging visual artists.

At the core of AMP is a belief that artistic excellence and personal character are inseparable.

The program places equal weight on craft and resilience, preparing artists to receive criticism constructively, navigate rejection without losing momentum, and sustain a serious practice over the long term. Atreyu's guiding philosophy is straightforward: a compelling body of work means little without the integrity and professionalism to back it up.

AMP exists to build both.
